Alistair Darling, British Chancellor of the Exchequer spoke to BBC News on 13 March 2009 ahead of the main sessions of the G-20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors Meeting.

He said: "we need to use this weekend as we build towards the leaders’ conference at the beginning of April to look at the differences we have and try and work through them."
