My experience includes many years in research, development, sales and marketing in Fortune 1000 blue chip companies like Computer Peripherals Inc., Nuvo Corporation, NewCom, Obvious Technology Inc., e-Pack, Control Data Corp, Data Products Inc, and Texas Instruments Inc.

I hold patents in technology architecture and have been amongst the highest performers and overachievers in all the companies I worked with. I also have extensive USA and International experience and goodwill.

I was founding partner and COO in various start-up ventures, whereby among other responsibilities, I was responsible for business development and branding.
In each one of the ventures, the respective companies achieved global leadership position. Highlights of start-up ventures include :

- Initial Public Offering - I implemented and achieved successful Initial Public Offerings in the USA and in Europe. I was involved in all phases of the process, from prospectus generation, interacting with lawyers, the investment community and the road show and the final NASDAQ fillings.

- Executive Management - I have effectively managed companies as CEO from start-up to over $300 M in revenues with over 300 employees worldwide.

- Raising Capital, LBO – I successfully raised over $100 M in start-up angel money, private equity and public money through IPOs. In the last two years, I have been extensively involved with technology companies in the Internet & communication market.

I have worked as consultants in all phases of start-up development from the initial business plan, strategy implementation, and legal interaction and have helped raise capital for multiple start-up Internet, technology and service companies since 1997.

I have now set up a wide and global network of technologists, investors and investment bankers both in Europe, USA and in South East Asia.
